This project involved the refurbishment and extension of the existing club house at Croft ,which included a Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Spa, Gym, Reception and associated facilities. The services provided by the company included Planning, Building regulations and Contract Administration.

The refurbishment and extension of the Clubhouse was part of a wider brief to upgrade the facilities at the holiday park to include:-
50 new static caravans.
10 new timber lodges.
3 new dwellings for sale on the open market.
A replacement dwelling.
Demolish existing toilet block and build a games pavilion.
New entrance.

Following receipt of planning permission the company oversaw the contract administration of the construction work carried out by Tony Morris & Sons.
