Proposal to convert an existing garage into additional living space and modernisation of a bungalow. GBA was instructed to carry out a measured survey and prepare proposed drawings of the proposed alterations. The property fell within the defined conservation area of Laugharne and the proposed scheme had to take into account the surrounding historic environment. GBA prepared a heritage statement to discuss the impact of the development on the conservation area and surrounding listed assets.

 

Planning permission was granted in September 2024.​
